Clinical Supervision

As a clinical supervisor I collaboratively work with my supervisees to understand their strengths, growth edges, and the ways they want to develop and build a sustainable practice they can enjoy for years to come. I particularly enjoy working with early career clinicians who are shaping their identities as new therapists outside of their graduate programs.

My clinical supervision style is heavily shaped by my own practice as a relational therapist. I utilize the Relational Cultural Theory and the Relational Alliance Model in our work together. I see supervision as a space where we can help grow your knowledge and practice of therapy modalities and interventions (especially transference and countertransference), grapple with ethical dilemmas, tune into the complexities of "self of the therapist" issues, and help you narrow your specialties. Although I work with clients who experience a wide range of mental health concerns, my specialization in eating and body related concerns is particularly beneficial to supervisees doing similar work in the community.

I offer in person and virtual individual clinical supervision services to Professional Counselor Associates and Marriage and Family Therapy Associates in Oregon.

As of Winter 2024 I am currently accepting supervisees. I charge $100 per hour of clinical supervision for associate level clinicians. For licensed clinicians interested in consultation services, I charge $160 per hour.
