What I Help With
I commonly work with individuals who appear to navigate life with relative ease, but inside they are hurting. This hurt may stem from past traumatic experiences, a fraught relationship with food or their body, or the general question of "who am I and what do I want from life?" If you can relate, you are in the right place.

Getting Started
I understand reaching out to schedule a first therapy session may feel overwhelming.
I aim to make the process as comfortable as possible.
1
Browse My Website
Take a look around. Make sure to check out my About Me page, as well as the details below to find out more about my practice, including my experience, fees, and offerings.
2
Schedule Your Free Consult
Click here to schedule a free 20 minute phone consult with me. This is an opportunity for us to connect to determine if we will work well together. I will ask you about your reasons for seeking therapy and will answer questions you have about my approach to therapy.
3
Schedule An Appointment
After our initial phone consult we will schedule your first appointment. Initial appointments are typically scheduled within 2 weeks, depending on availability. If another provider may be a better fit for you, I will provide you with referrals.
Standard Rates
My rate for an 80 minute initial intake session is $200.
This longer initial session provides us more time to build rapport, establish your history, and understand your presenting concerns and goals for therapy.
My established client rate for a 50 minute session is $160.
Payment can be made by cash, check, major credit card, and HSA/FSA card.
If you are interested in utilizing out-of-network insurance benefits I can provide a monthly superbill to you so you can attempt to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage and some insurance plans do not. The full session fee is due at the time of service and you are responsible for all fees if your insurance company chooses to deny claims for services.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24-hour notice for rescheduled and cancelled sessions. I offer clients two "free" late reschedules/cancellations per calendar year for use when illness, childcare, or other unpredictable situations require last minute appointment changes. Outside of this, rescheduled and cancelled sessions without 24-hour notice are billed at $100 per session. Insurance does not cover fees for missed sessions and are the client's responsibility.
